With the popularity of the mobile phones and each home containing answering machines, answering services are no longer a sought after service. The service however, is a great option if you are taking in phone calls more than you or your answering machine could possibly handle. Of course, the main priority of taking advantage of such service is for convenience.
For some, it is a matter of convenience, and for others, it can become a timesaver. For me, I think it would be a matter of both, but its not something I can afford to pay extra for at the moment, and I cant justify the costs.
Maybe some day I will need one, but until then, I guess people will just have to continue to leave a message after the beep.

Though this is something that is quite handy, it doesnt have to cost very much, and can leave a good impression on anyone. As a customer, having a call answered by a real person no matter what the reason is actually something that I appreciate and it makes me feel that I am important to the company or person I am calling. Im sure many others feel the same.
